Color Tool
Upload any black-and-white coloring page, choose a medium and a colour style, and get a finished preview to work from — along with the palette and the reasoning behind it.
Pick the palette the preview should be coloured in — or let the tool decide.
The preview will be rendered to look like this material.
Choose one option in each row below: a light direction and a shading strength. Both are required.

Interior lighting
For buildings in your drawing. Dim glow adds a little light without fully lighting the interior.
Light direction — choose one
Shading finish — choose one
A little light. A little shade. A page full of depth.
Follow these six steps, then blend when you’re ready.
Start with the direction you chose. The side facing the light will usually be lighter.
Light → object → shadow
Keep small areas facing the light pale, or leave the paper showing.
LIGHT · preserve the bright spots
Add a gentle first layer. This middle shade connects your highlights and shadows.
MIDTONE · your main colour
Darken where a shape curves away from the light. This helps it look rounded.
FORM SHADOW · follows the curve
Add small dark areas under a brim or chin. Cast shadows fall where an object blocks the light.
CONTACT + CAST · separate shapes
An existing moon or lamp can brighten its surroundings. Keep the effect local and subtle.
GLOW · bright centre, gentle spread
Crisp patches show light, base and shadow placement. The boundaries are colour changes, not extra outlines to draw.
Blended shading shows how those values can create rounded form. Each generation produces one view; separate previews may differ.
These diagrams explain the basics, not the exact lighting of your upload. AI previews are suggestions and may need correction. Each new generation uses another preview allowance.
